The hotel's location in the center of the town allows us to be close to everything within the loop. We were within walking distance of Millennium Park, which was a major plus. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with new carpet and a newer bathroom tile. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the front doormen. The hotel facilities were great, and we loved the bar.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, within walking distance of some of the city's greatest attractions. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding and the staff were extremely nice.
Absolutely nothing.
The location cannot be beat, right across from the park in Michigan and close to train stations. We walked or used public transportation our whole trip and didn’t have to worry about driving or finding parking. The hotel facilities were clean and the lobby area gave a grand feel. The staff were accommodating and pleasant.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring everything downtown. It's just a short walk to the train stations and is right in front of the lake. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.
