The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the McCormic congress centre. I really appreciated the grab and go breakfast option, it was convenient for me when I was in a hurry to get to my exhibition. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, they were friendly, helpful, and made my stay enjoyable.
No fresh towel sets were delivered to my room despite requesting them.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff at the front desk, especially Chris, were professional and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom that was spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. The hotel's proximity to the Wintrust Arena was perfect for us as we attended a Depaul women's basketball game. Additionally, having the Fat Pour next door was convenient for grabbing food and drinks after the game. The breakfast in the lobby was very good, with efficient and friendly wait staff. one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in.
