We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was beyond helpful, as it was very close to Union Square and just a minute's walk from the Powell station. This made it easy for us to explore the city using public transportation. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed, fast elevator, and sufficient illumination in the room. We were also impressed by the stable wifi connection, plenty of working space, and the clean refrigerator with its effective interior design. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after checkout. The checkout time of 12 PM was also a bonus. we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, room size, and the fact that the hotel provided an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. The LCD TV had plenty of international channels, and we were not disturbed by any noise during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a two-minute walk from the Powell Street BART station, cable cars, and department stores. The hotel was close to everything, especially the Ferry Terminal Building, and it was one of the good, relatively affordable, boutique hotels in the Union Square area. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to check out late without any extra charge. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the good gym facilities and the fact that the hotel was close to transportation options.

We loved the hotel's central location - it was close to everything, including buses, cable cars, bars, and restaurants. The hotel's proximity to the transportation options made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were both friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the beginning to the end of our stay.
