I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was convenient to all downtown activities. I was able to walk to all the shops and attractions easily. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and attractive furnishings. The hotel facilities, including the front desk area and continental breakfast, were clean and well-maintained.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable, especially when they provided a stroller for our child with autism. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown Gatlinburg. We were able to walk to nearby shops and attractions, which was a great convenience.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that our room was cleaned daily. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by offering to notify us when our room was ready. They even provided us with a map and directions to popular attractions. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in this city.
