We had a fantastic stay at this charming small hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a safe neighborhood in the heart of San Francisco. We were able to easily explore the city, with grocery stores nearby and great transportation options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-equipped, with shared bathrooms and showers that were consistently kept spotless. We also loved the 24/7 coffee and tea bar, which added to the cozy atmosphere. The staff, particularly Daniel at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and provided interesting information about the hotel's history. a wonderful experience!
Nothing to dislike.
The hotel was lovely, charming, and well-decorated with a lot of history. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Columbus Avenue, where we could find plenty of places to eat and enjoy. Additionally, it was very close to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39, making it a great location to explore the bay area.

The hotel's location in a good neighborhood was perfect, as it was very close to the pier and just a short walk away from Fisherman's Wharf. The cleanliness of the rooms and shared restrooms was impressive, with fresh towels always available. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to the Mason Street tram and public transportation made it incredibly convenient to explore the city.
Nothing that I didn't like.
The hotel was very clean and had lovely decorations. The staff were helpful and courteous. The location was near everything and close to trams for the city.
