I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to popular attractions like Times Square and Central Park. The subway stations were conveniently close, making it a breeze to explore the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated being able to leave my luggage with the concierge before check-in and check-out. This gave me the freedom to explore the city without worrying about my bags. I had a wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing - it was very close to Central Park, many restaurants, and even the South Africa embassy. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with the bathroom tiles and tub looking almost newly done. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed the convenience of having a cafe connected to the hotel that served breakfast all day and offered great sandwich and dinner options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. I have never experienced better service anywhere.

This hotel is in a great location, close to Central Park, Top of the Rock, MoMA, and Times Square. It's also reasonably priced and offers convenient transportation options. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is helpful, especially Margaret and Janette at the front desk.
Nothing, it is perfect.
The location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the subway. The staff, including the bell men and front desk, were always pleasant and helpful. The hotel offers a tourist information counter and diner facilities that are open all day, which were very useful. The cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent maid cleaning service were also top-notch.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and I even received a free upgrade to a large suite with a kitchenette and seating area. The rooms were spacious and had a comfortable mattress. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many sights and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the maintenance staff were prompt in addressing any issues. I had a great experience and would definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future.
