The staff were friendly and check-in and out were quick. They also had a helpful list of guests during a busy concert weekend. The hotel's location was ideal, close to bars in the Northern Quarter and Canal Street. The room size was perfect for two people.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from Piccadilly Gardens and conveniently close to the train station and excellent transport links. Getting around this city was a breeze. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the stunning Victorian lobby and staircases. Everything was clean and well-maintained, including the bedding which was spotless. The double glazing effectively kept out any noise from the busy buses outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a pleasant experience overall.

The hotel's location right in the center of town is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from everything. The staff were absolutely awesome, from the friendly front of house to the polite and attentive cleaning and maintenance staff. We felt secure with the top-notch security on the door, checking guests at night. The room, though basic, was clean and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. We enjoyed being within walking distance of various attractions, as well as the convenience of having public transportation options nearby. The hotel staff was very helpful and the bar stayed open until 1am, which was perfect for our Tuesday night out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
